At Twinsah Clothings, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Return Request Timeline

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or altered products

  • Clearance or sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may request size exchanges for eligible items.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
